本文以江苏东海地区为个案，按照水平流动和垂直流动的分类对其乡镇中学教师的流动进行分析，从经济、管理、心理等几个方面深入地挖掘其原因，并借鉴国内外教育和一些企业的先进经验，尝试着提出如何实现经济欠发达地区乡镇中学教师合理流动的对策。其中包括：切实提高教师待遇、政策向农村教师倾斜、构建教师人才市场、完善教师聘任制度、建立灵活多样的用人机制、实行教师定期流动等。 |
